Rabbit with a tumor

Here is this picture i took of a rabbit that hangs out in our backyard all by itself. Look at its ears, the black thing between the ears. It sure looks like a tumor coz it’s growing bigger now.  These pictures were taken last week.  I have not seen the rabbit since then.  If there are other rabbits out on the yard, this little tumored fella is always away from the rest.  Make’s me think he is like the ugly duckling, shunned by his buddies.

Hi Dawn, first time I read about “a tumoured’ rabbit, ha ha. It looks like a Jackrabbit with its longish legs. Cute feller too.
By the way, your grass needs some fertiliser, ha ha, can see some brown patches….or is it caused by your 3 dawgs ‘watering’ the grass there, ha ha.
Oh ya….I had the silk rose to show two lady blogger friends and only yesterday took them out….read your request my place….I just put them back again.
Will take them off after you seen them.
The red silk rose is the 3rd one…not original.
Original was chewed by my Doberman, got replaced similar one, then about 8 years ago my wife seeing the red color had faded got another similar red silk rose.
Its in that crystal vase in our living room….to always remind me what I promised her longggg ago in Penang, ha ha.
You hang loose and have a nice day, Lee.

    Poor thing
What will happens to it when it dies in the wild. Will it be eaten up or become organic fetilizer for your garden.

If it dies in our yard, it will be dessert for the boys unless we remove it before the boys get to it first. If the rabbit died in the woods, it will also a dessert for the cayotes.
