You should go for stitches. Chicken... They have this new type of thin tapes that is put over the cut. It act some sort like the stitches except no needles are used. Gauze and bandage over it. And need to elevate the hand. A tornique will be good. But must remember to release it after every few minutes or so. Or else the blood flow to the finger or hand is gone and you need to amputate it. And going to the Dr and they will give you a tetanus jab too. And some anitbiotics. Anyway I hope it will heal soon. Take care. Yeah SA is correct.
