Weekend’s over

Weekend is almost over.  Couple more hours and I have to hit the sack.  Where did the weekend go?

I know for sure I was working on my team project on last evening throught this afternoon.  That’s me, all last minute.  Got my part of the presentation completed and it’s time to work on the final essay.  Yucks!!

Went to Sams Club and bought strawberries and then to Cub Foods for an Angel Food cake.  Back home, my mom and sis will call it chiffon cake.  Bet they will say why don’t I bake one instead of wasting money!!

Cut up the berries, added some sugar and served it with the cake.  That was dessert for yesterday and this evening.

What’s next was DB hung up our housewarming gift from my sis.  I finally sent it to Michael’s for framing 2 months ago and picked it 3 weeks later.  DB procrastinated till this evening.  We hung it at the entryway.  The guy at the store picked up the matching mats and it really turned out beautiful.  Thanks, sis!!

At last ! Gald you guys like it. Hope it does not cost you an
arm or an leg to fix it up.

Re the cake…. I will never asked you to bake one. Sure to be hard as a rock if it did manage to rise at all. Hahahaaa :)
The berries do look delicious though. They are so expensive over here. The worst are they are mostly not sweet at all.

AN, we both love it and the folks and customers at Michaels praised your workmanship. Keep up the good work. If it didn’t have the half off discount, yes, it would amount to an arm and a leg.

You know me-la, die die I won’t want to bake even tho we have that tin for chiffon cake.

Too bad I will be coming back in Nov. if my trip is in June or now, I will definitely bring some berries and cherries home for y’all.

2 blogs ? One already hard to keep up with. With 2 no time for anything else.
You should have another one for your $$$making.

Just bring back what ever fruits that are in seasons then.

re the X stitch…I am all bloated up already. :)
