AN – that’s the only thing he needs to do now is look for another job and at the mean time do what he needs to do to make the boss happy. That would be hard for a stubborn old man.

What a boss !
Because of the pay check he does need to suck up to him. But it can be very hard to ‘yaan’. I hope all goes well though . Mean while look for another job .

SA – my boss at the travel company was like that. Everything has to be her way….just feels like there’s no room to breathe.

Hi Uncle Lee, thanks for dropping by my online journal. I just write whatever I want to. You are welcome to drop by and kaypoh at anytime. I was referrring to my hubby’s boss. I’m at lost trying to tell hubby to suck it up with his boss’s micro-managerial style if he wants to continue to receive paychecks. I don’t want to see that because of hubby’s stubborness, he gets fired bcoz of insubordination. There are some consequences to think about if he gets fired because of insubordination: no income, no unemployment income.

I used to be in the HR arena, think I’m in HR for too long??

I’ve had bosses like that too. Felt like I could not even breathe right.
