Achy joins

My right knee is already giving me shooting pains but recently with me going to the trails in the mornings, running a little and up and down the hilly terrains, both knees are now in pain.  I’m not kidding.  Going up the stairs hurt with shooting pains and of course, it’s even worse when I’m going downstairs.  What go up must come down and vice versa.  I might have to get some super duper strong glucosamine like Super Cissus, or pay a co-payment of $40 every week for physical therapy.  I’m already taking enough supplements as it is and add another to it?  Looks like I have to, there is not much choice at all.
