Life with the Three Crazy Dogs

I met up with my sponsor last month during the week of Labor Day. She doesn’t live too far from me. Nice house, recently renovated inside and out. She and her husband installed a brand new spa like room outside the house with a sauna and who knows what else. She told me but it didn’t register in my pea size brain. The whirlpool sits 8 persons. Dang, can I be her god-daughter?? :) Her husband was out the day I was there trying to look for a spa filter. I am very happy to talk to her and just listening to her voice is just enough for me. However, I just received a phone call from her saying she will not be going to the church anymore but instead to a different church in St Paul.  It really bummed me out.  We chatted on the phone for a bit about the reason why she and her hubby are changing churches, our lives and I told her we shall remain as friends.  I am already missing her when I went to church last week.  I don’t exactly fancy the RCIA team lead coz I find she is too controlling in my books.  I will still continue with my program unless circumstances arises, I will stop going or go to the one in St Paul with my sponsor.
