Just called in to the vet office to get prescription refilled for Ranger. The poor boy is itching up a storm. I ran out of Prednisolone last week and I thought the cooler weather will ease the allergies. But heck no, the weather got warmer…..50′s during the day. It’s super insane for November to have such temps and no snow yet. Since he is allergic to grass and all other things except cotton, pred is the only thing that helps with his itching. Mind you I am giving him a very mild dosage. I only wish I can get cheap insurance for the boys’ medication, I be happy.   I am also giving Ranger Carprofen, a painkiller for his poor knee and Benedryl on top of the pred.  The vet office should give us a discount for all these refills, if only!
