		<description>Some one once told me that it is like they have fallen in to a deep well. Very hard to climb out. 
You are right though they must admit their problem.

		<description>Drug rehab only plays a part. Once they are release, family amd friends plays a part too. Their old friends might influence them again. 
It is a long, long hard road to recovery. Takes lots of will power and support.

&lt;strong&gt;In my experience the most important thing is the addict needs to admit they have a problem and is willing to change.   No matter how much support family and friends give, the addict will not succeed if he/she does not admit they have a problem.  From my Alanon meetings, addicts usually hit rock bottom really hard, then that&#039;s when they are willing to get  help.  Learn from the hard way.&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
