I have been venturing into going natural with some of the stuff I’m putting on my face.  This is because I was starting to break out since mid last year with the usual over the counter prods.  I started off with K*ehls which was not too bad.  However after 3 months, I started to break out with zits like a teenager.  Bummer, man!!!  So I invested in MVO prods….all natural and they helped plus my skin actually is better now after almost a year of using them.

Then my friend in KL (A) talked me into trying out natural deodorants.  Dang!!!  I know I cannot live without one.  Actually I am a anti-perspirant type of user coz I sweat a lot when the weather is hot outside and even in the winter time I still sweat when I am out walking.  A said after a few weeks of switching from all the aluminum filled deodorant/anti-perspirant, the body will adjust to the new natural ones.  The pits will still need time to detox!

Well, I  got myself Real Purity deodorant and today is the beginning of 2nd week.  The first week was hard to adjust but I tolerated the wetness.  Did I smell of pits you may ask?  I do admit I stink a little but not extreme coz even after Zumba classes, it’s tolerable.  I am not sure if is the left over of the Degree anti-perspirant I had been using for years and years is sitting in me.  I have not ask a friend (S) to sniff me out yet.  Soon I will when I next see her!

Even I have not used my old anti-perspirant for 2 weeks which after doing some snooping around is highly toxic, there is still some residual of the toxic ingredients. 

Real Purity is my first natural deodorant.  I am still getting use to the occasional slight wetness but I don’t pay much attention to it now.  Goes to show we humans are creatures of habits.  Hard to break a habit but I’m working on it.
