Someone plugged up the dryer vent!!!

I did a big load of laundry this morning and dumped them in the dryer for 45 minutes and went around with my surfing the web and watched a movie, 1408.  I heard the beep from the dryer and ignored it, thought I would get the clothes when the movie was done.   Right after the movie was done, I went to the laundry room, opened it up and saw clothes were still damp and worst was lint and dampness on the front of the door but inside.  There was nothing on the lint trap.  It didn’t occur to me someone plugged up the outside vent.  I kinda loosen up the load and put in more dryer sheets, started it up and went for my walk.  When I came home, I told DB about it since all these happened when he was out running errands at Home Depot and voting for a school referendum crap (raising property taxes for schools crap).  This is when Db told me he plugged up the outside vent because it was so darn windy yesterday.  Was I fuming!!  Usually he will tell me when he plugs up the vent.  He knew he f-ed up there, he unplugged the vent, finished cleaning up the wet lint in the dryer and fold the laundry.
