Home lightings

Db’s former coworker, Colby and his family will be moving to their brand spanking new home in December.  He bought a piece of land by Hastings and build their two-storey home with a three-car garage and a tool shed.  They have sent invites out for a house warming for the end of December, 28th to be exact.  This is the first time I have seen this, on the invite, they listed out what are the best gifts if guests are bringing gifts.  One of them are light fixtures.

There are a few on the list that they are look for.  We thought it is quite weird to ask guests for these types of gifts.  But DB said it’s not unusual at all.  They are looking for  ceiling light fixtures, the ceiling mounted  types, for their living room.  The next choice we thought of are the chandeliers.   The choices of their desired chandeliers are all very neat.  The traditional chandeliers are at a reasonable price, but I told DB we should get the casual chandelier per Colby’s listing.  If not, we need to look into the kitchen light fixtures.   All of Colby’s choices of lightings are from Farreys.com, which has a big variety of light fixtures and light accessories to pick from.
