This week’s theme is Flexible. I can’t find anything that is really flexible except for this phone cord. This phone has been with us since 1999 and is still ticking. The cord can be stretched out at least 6 - 8 feet. But the sad thing is we don’t use it that often unless the cordless phones are out of juice, or if I know I’m going to make a short call for appointments as the calendar is on the next wall.
It works for this week!
I don’t miss phone cords at all, thank goodness for cordless phones!
have a great weekend
that is a very flexible object!! Have a wonderful Saturday.
This DOES make life more flexible when the power goes out. We lost power in the middle of last winter for 3.5 days. Our only “old fashioned phone” was in the part of the house away from the fireplace. Could have been worse… it might have been in the basement with no windows! BRRR and eek!
Great idea sharing the phone!
Blessings, Kim
I remember those old phones with the flexible cords. Great entry
LOL. I don’t even have a landline phone anymore. It looks so old.
We had a phone with a long cord like that when I was little.
Great pic for the hunt! This week is my first photo hunt, come check me out if you get a chance and have a wonderful weekend!
Yes, these cords are flexible, they have only one inherent problem – they can drive you crazy when tangled
not too many of those around
Very flexible! Love it.
Now that was original! Something some of us stil have in our homes! Great take on the theme! My photo is up please come and visit
I actually keep a phone like that to use when our power is out… Sometimes we lose it for quite a while and cordless phones are useless during those times.
