dsc01177.JPGToday is the first day of winter and there is snow flying furiously right now.  It’s not those light one either, they are those heavy and wet.  The temp this morning when we got up was 33 degrees F, and will continue to drop throughout the day.  At least we will have fresh white snow for Christmas.  Last year’s Christmas was only a layer of dirty gray snow.  The trees for now are all white and the wind is blowing.  I am hoping I don’t have to be called in for work today!!  Great time to start a fire and watch movies.

Wow so pretty! I love winter but I can’t stand the cold.

Che-Cheh, I like the cold but not the gusty wind.

wah……what a lovely sight. You have real snow over thee….Here, we have ‘cotton wool’ snow.

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU!

Hello Nyonya, the fresh snow is nice initially, but after a day, I’m really sick of it.

Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and family, too.
