I guess DB and I are no longer gonna be grandparents. SD text her old man last Saturday and said she spent the whole night in the ER in Owatonna. The bleeding just wouldn’t quit. Doc said it could be a miscarriage. Bummer!! Her Ob-Gyn confirmed it the next day she miscarried.

DB was looking forward to being a grandpa. SD’s mom was not happy at all, instead gave the daughter hell. Poor kid, all bummed out and her mom wants to tell her and her sisters something from the old lady’s past, but the old lady said “wait till they are older”. Probably gotta wait till they are 50!! I kinda know what it is, but not telling SD and so is DB.

SD’s mom told her about the miscarriage “it’s never meant to be!” Nice. Very comforting. SD said she and BF gonna try again later when they are ready. At-a-girl, go for it!

   Ah… I am so sorry to hear that.Poor girl. What’s with her mom ? No compassion .Sorry for DB too. He most probably can’t wait to ‘poh suen’.
   Told you he is getting old and sentimental.

   On a lighter note,I can’t tease you anymore about being a hot grandma.

   yeah, just wait. SD can’t wait to make another one!!!! she was all so pumped about it. They were even thinking of getting marry but cannot - no $$$.

   According to DB and SD, the mother has always been that way. Wants to control everyone’s lives. Now I know why all her 3 girls left the house as soon as they hit 18!

   Here is another reason for you and DB to stay at MN. If you move south he won’t be able to ‘poh suen’ that often.

   Glad to hear SD is doing good now. She said she got over it by working and going to school. And gonna work on trying again!!!

   Simmie, the mother is one of a kind. Pity the girls.
