Plus the wind chill at the highest magnitude doesn't help too. Even the Byerly's guy who load the groceries in my car for less than a min couldn't handle it. Too cold for me... Even in Richmond, VA - it's freezing cold. Today was awesome.. We had mid 50's all day long... The last couple of days, it was in the 30's..
