Hit the books, now!

24 February 2008 by Two Crazy Dogs

The weekend came and it’s almost gone.  I have been going to bed late every night.  I am having trouble sleeping, might be too much going on in my mind.  Thinking about school, my parents, my dad’s health, his impending surgery to remove a hernia, and the worse is worrying about my VISA debit card.  9:30 pm on a Sunday night and I’m still “nudging” Stef on Facebook to make her move on Scrabulous.  I can’t even remember how many times I nudged her, and still no reply from her.  I’m so hooked to Scrabulous now.  I want to thank my friend, SY for introducing Scrabulous to me.  I have not touch my text books at all, well, I did touch it but have not read a single page for the 4 chapters due next Wednesday.  The quiz  on last Wednestday was alright.  I did better with where there were questions on the maps.  The True/False and multiple choice questions are the hardest.  This instructor is damn good in constructing tricky questions.  Maybe I didn’t study well for it.  The next and final quiz is in two weeks, adios for now and I better get some pages down before I hit the sack.  *Make a note to contact the credit union to issue a new card*

Hmmm, what’s wrong with your VISA debit card… Did you misplaced it? Or was it get stolen? I know, it’s nerve wrecking when things like this happen…

Long story cut short, some merchant called me up and told me I will be billed for $79/month and will they have my card numbers with them. I must signed this up years ago and find it really fishy, can’t cancel it as they said I signed a “contract”….so, the best thing to do, cancel the current card and reissue a new one.

I can’t tell you how worried I was when I lost my debit card. Hope your dad’s surgery go smoothyly

I just hate it when the weekend passes so quickly!

I want the work hours to go by super fast and the hours at home and weekends to slow down. Can that be achieved? :)

So many things to do…yet so little time. :P

I agree 110%. I wish there are more hours in a day!

I was pretty hooked on Scrabulous at one stage as well! Kept wanting to break down doors so I could make my next move for that seven letter Triple Word score!! But, as time went on, not only have I downgraded my Scrabulous addiction, I’ve not been on FaceBook in months!!!

You on Facebook too?? Will look you up! :) My hubby told me Scrabulous is a craze now for me wait a few more months, I will phase myself off. Well, I hope it won’t happen.

hey I have a cure for sleeping trouble. Find the most boring book and read it, you will be so sleepy in no time. =)
Hope your dad’s surgery goes smoothly. Hope everything goes smoothly for you, please don’t think so much when it’s bed time, it really interrupts the sleeps patterns.
    What’s scrabulous about? sounds fantabulous.
Pls take good care of yourself, yeah.

Nicole, I sent you a Scrabulous notification to play the game with me. check your Facebook notifications.

    HI dear,
Well, 2 addicts on scrabulous, that’s perfect match!
In fact, we can have more than 2 players in 1 game, which is also quite fun!

I can’t sleep well these nights too, wonder why. When I wake up in the mornings, I felt my head heavy like an elephant. Think I’m gonna go to the bomoh soon for some remedy!
