DB is right. That’s what I do too…I’ll try one or two recipes and then tweak it a little. If I see any at SF, I’ll definitely buy some. I’m gonna stuff myself full of egg tarts!!!!

The myth about making this type of fatt koh is if you make it when you having your period, the kuih will never fatt. Who wants to try and let me know?

I love fatt koh too but never make that before. Was thinking to make that the other day but the recipe I have call for eno. Have to wait till next time when I can find the eno.

Really?? OK, when I decide to make I will make sure “Aunty” is asleep.

Eno is the same as Alker-sitzer ain’t it? Drop in the water and it will sizzle!! :D

Fatt Koh?! Eh? I’ve not heard that name before, and I’m Cantonese.. I need to get out more..

You never seen those little pink kuih sold in the market on Chor 1 and Chor 15? OK, if they are a success, I will virtually send them to you! :D
