Home for sale
28 April 2008 by Two Crazy DogsOur neighbor, Pete, is getting ready his home for sale. He and his room mate are requesting for a transfer to Michigan or somewhere where they will have a job with the company they are with. I was asking him what else has he done to the house besides keeping the outside presentable and installing home theater lighting in his basement. His kids moved in with him recently and they helped him redo the basement and turned the baby to a mini theater. Not bad at all. But Db and I hope they will be able to find a buyer with the home market in the down turn.
