I left really early on December 23rd, 2010. There was only me and another admin (M) in the office that day. See how hardworking these admins are!
M said she wants to leave at 11:30 to get her groceries done which also to avoid the human traffic on 24th. She said i should leave around that time, too, since there were only we 2 souls, practically did nothing except surfed and chatted.
I left 15 minutes after she did and headed to Sam’s Club to get my weekly groceries. I saw a pair of boots priced decently – suits my budget most importantly.

I told myself UGG’s are 100x expensive for me, plus it’s so darn hard on my feet since I have screwed up feet now. I vouched not to get UGG’s or any other similar design. Well, I’m eating my own words now.
I tried the above pair on, it was very soft but the base (is that what you call it?) is still very hard on my feet. So I inserted my orthotics in, well, lo and behold, the pair of boots is now so super soft and comfy. Walked around a little, yet was still debating if I should or not. In the end I told myself, “Get it, it’s your Christmas present.” Hahahahaha, too easy, isn’t it???
This 100% Australian sheepskin boots, buatan Cina cost me $38.95. There was a lady who was trying on the black pair said she is getting a pair for her niece because she herself has a pair and is very comfortable and worth the price.
Went home had to parade around a little to see which wearing style is better.
This….

…OR this.

I prefer wearing it the other way, the first one. It suits me better since I’m a shorty.

If worse comes to worse, will stick to the old fashion way:

Merry Christmas to myself!
The open ceremony was that night when I took the boys out for their potty run before bed. I have to say walking on flat ground with snow is alright. By the way, it was snowing pretty good that night, too. Unfortunately I was sliding on my ass when Ranger had to go up the little wooded area to do his business. His leash got tangled up around those bald shrubs. I had to climb up the snow bank, got him loose, shooed him down to ground level. I followed behind and the grip on the soles were not enough, or I could have stepped on an uneven bump, I went for a slide ride. Oh well, at least it was quite soft of a landing but left me with a cold butt.
Thereafter, I was wearing the boots each time I went out with my errands and church. Good buy I might say!
