DB wants me to make another bread later today or tomorrow. On his way out to SD’s apartment, he called and told me not to go out since the roads are really crappy – icy in some parts of town going to the grocery store. He said he will stop and get some bananas and if I be so kind, make another one. I take it as a good way to practice baking!

Used car for BF

BF is trying to sell his old Pontiac. That car is a real piece of junk which is not worth putting a lot of money into it. That guy is looking for a used Chevy truck. We told him to check out Used Car Warranty, too if he wants better protection for his new car. Depending on how old the truck is, he might need a manufacturer’s warranty and usually newer cars/trucks has warranty that covers at least up to 50,000 miles.
1st day of winter

Today is the first day of winter and there is snow flying furiously right now. It’s not those light one either, they are those heavy and wet. The temp this morning when we got up was 33 degrees F, and will continue to drop throughout the day. At least we will have fresh white snow for Christmas. Last year’s Christmas was only a layer of dirty gray snow. The trees for now are all white and the wind is blowing. I am hoping I don’t have to be called in for work today!! Great time to start a fire and watch movies.

Workout for the holidays

DB said he has put on so much weight since our vacation to Malaysia. Yes, I agreed with him. We did put on a lot, however I lost some of mine when I returned to Minnesota with a stomach flu. I think I’m back to my usual weight before I left for vacation. For DB he said he is gaining even more now since it is the holidays and the holiday food I brought home for him to much: cookies, brownies, cakes, and other desserts. Maybe he might like to check out the leg magic from buylegmagic.com. This product targets the lower body like the thighs, abs and buttocks and losing the extra weight quicker. It’s been four weeks I have not participated in this hunt. I better get back to it as it sure ticks my mode to look through what pictures I have in my albums.
This is picture I took while I was in Kuala Lumpur (Dec 5, 2007). The Sultan Abdul Samad building at night, all lit up, very majestic looking with Moorish architecture. I always like this building and especially now with the soaring KL Tower in the background.
