Since the day DB left for TX I started using one of his PC, the Gateway. We have names for all of our PC’s. The Gateway runs much faster than the laptop I have sitting on the dining table. I started using the laptop for quite sometime coz it is sitting on the table for convenience sake. I used the Gateway for all my FB games and some blogging. Couple of weeks towards DB’s return, the Gateway started to act funny. The internet connection just disappears while the laptop and my own computer in my room works. And 2 days before DB got home, I received the blue screen of death on his PC. Dang! I knew must be the games I have been playing. When he got home and received his other PC (I shipped one PC to him in TX), that PC was find and so were the other computers in the house. He was able to fix the GAteway back to sub-par and I started using it again. Now it’s completely messed up! It won’t boot up. He said it’s not my gaming….it’s something else in the hard drive. I really do not know if I didn’t anything to it. So, now I’m back at my own computer in my own room with my FB games. I’m hoping my PC won’t die on me now.

The weather here is still super cold which is tolerable if you stay home. DB said he is already sick of the snow and the cold. Told him he will be spoiled rotten with the weather in TX and sure enough he was. Back in our house it’s not that cozy warm either even though we have carpets in the house. The ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms feels like ice, even with socks on. His hands and feet are forever cold. He totally hates it. He is still trying to figure a way to get back to some warmer state instead of Minnesota! He has only shovelled 3 inches of snow and he was complaining non-stop! What a spoil brat! I told him he will have to shovel what ever snow we have now. I have shoveled enough to last me the entire winter ! :)
We are slowly throwing and putting crap in our away. I have recycled a bunch of magazine and there are more still in the house. I told DB to get rid of some of the old laptops he has collected years ago. They are still usable but each one of them needs a better laptop memory card. However some can really just go to the trash. They are absolutely hogging space plus all the other electronic gadgets he has in the basement storage unit. Though we have not heard from the bank yet, we will get a head start on thing but I’m still not in to packing….all the sorting….Bah!
